Our rates include:
all taxes, use of water, electricity and heating, linen and towels (including pool towels), breakfast, free use of minibar, afternoon drink, coffee and fruits all day through.

Minimum stay is one week (from Saturday to Saturday), from June 1 till September 30. Other periods of the year, the minimum stay is two nights.

Payment

Upon confirmation : 30 days prior to arrival:

Cancellations/No-show

More then 6 months prior to arrival:
no cancellation fee
From 6 months to 30 days prior to arrival:
50% of total price
From 30 days to day of arrival:
100% of total price

If we succeed renting out the room/villa to another client in the cancellated period, we will repay the total amount already paid by the guest.
